How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. You'll need to be signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
Where are my villager notes saved?
On your device. To keep them when you reinstall the game or switch phones, sign in and turn on backup in Settings. Notes are then saved with your account.
Why did my streak reset?
A streak counts days with a solved daily puzzle in your local time zone. Changing time zones can occasionally skip or repeat a day. Email us and we'll take a look.
How do I turn off ads?
The daily puzzle never shows ads. Ads only appear in endless mode, and a one-time Remove ads purchase turns them off for good.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings, tap Account, then Delete account. If you no longer have the game, see how to delete your account.
